These are the recipes that you will create at home over and over again from delicious comfort food for the family, such as fresh pasta and a slow-cooked traditional ragu to stunning centrepieces like the Seabass baked in Salt to impress friends.
Having written 19 cookbooks, cooked in Italian homes and restaurants, Katie will pass on her kitchen tips as well as her knowledge of Italian food during the course of a fun morning together. Afterwards, you will sit down to eat the feast you created with Italian wines.
