Description
On this course Giancarlo will unveil the secrets of the two most famous staples of the Italian art of cooking!
Come and join us for a morning of fun where you will learn how to make fresh pasta ribbons, fresh stuffed pasta paired with classic italian sauces, and the perfect pizza dough.
The course will culminate in a delicious meal with the dishes you will have prepared, with a glass of wine or a beer.
Classes at Caldesi in Campagna are kept small, book early to avoid disappointment!
