Developed in conjunction with the Caldesi’s ‘low carb’ cookbooks, this course is packed with information and practical tips to help you achieve a sustainable weight loss whilst still enjoying delicious wholesome dishes. Katie has written 9 cookbooks on ‘low carb’ eating, based on hers and Giancarlo’s personal experiences.
On this recipe packed course, you’ll be cooking dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner and learning how to avoid high-carb foods such as cereal, potato, pastry and cake with much healthier and more delicious alternatives.

- Sausage rolls with low-carb pastry, veggie alternativee stuffing
- Hake with a smoked almond crust, red pepper sause
