On this course, drawing recipes from Katie and Giancarlo’s best seller cookery book “Tuscany: Simple meals and fabulous feasts”, Giancarlo will introduce you to the careful preparation of delicious typical Tuscan dishes, with the course culminating in a traditional Tuscan meal paired with regional wine.
