Description
We have decided to celebrate all things citrus with a week of lemon, orange and lime centric dishes in our restaurants in Bray and London! After a recent trip to Menton in Liguria to visit the Citron Festival and lemon groves plus our love of the famous Amalfi lemon we are inspired to showcase these versatile and zingy fruits that not only delight our palettes but changed history.
We will be running citrus-inspired menu throughout the week at both restaurants along with citrus-inspired cocktails and mocktails.
Head chef, Gregorio Piazza, will be serving up the delights of all things citrus:
Four course dinner
- Salad of radicchio, dill, beetroot, orange dressing, burrata
- Cannelloni filled with herbs, spinach and lemon, tomato and bechamel sauces
- Seabass with a lemon, parsley and caper sauce
- Three-citrus semifreddo
