I began working with the Caldesi family in 2024 as the Cookery School Manager.
I’ve always had a huge interest in fine Italian produce and seasonal ingredients. Italian food soon became one of my favourite types of cuisine having lived in Florence!I’m delighted to be part of the Caldesi family. I love generating new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with returning clients here at La Cucina Caldesi.
I thoroughly recommend one of Giancarlo’s Cookery Courses in Bray and Stefano Borella’s in Marylebone. They are engaging, professional and great fun!
